TrueBondr is a dating application operated under package name com.truebondr63.datingnativeapp. Our platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above. The safety of children is non-negotiable. We have implemented comprehensive policies, technical measures, and reporting procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that endangers minors.

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, TrueBondr reports all apparent Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at missingkids.org. NCMEC then coordinates with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Indian Law Enforcement & POCSO Authorities
As TrueBondr operates primarily in India, all CSAE and CSAM violations are reported to Indian law enforcement, including reports filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act). Reports are filed with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and local police authorities as required by law.
Evidence Preservation
TrueBondr preserves all relevant evidence — including messages, media, account data, and IP logs — and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.
TrueBondr provides users with accessible, in-app tools to report any content or behavior they believe may constitute Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or involve Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

TrueBondr will never host, distribute, or tolerate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
TrueBondr will always report discovered CSAM and CSAE to the NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant Indian authorities under the POCSO Act.
TrueBondr will cooperate fully and promptly with law enforcement agencies investigating child safety violations.
TrueBondr will continuously improve its detection, moderation, and prevention technologies to safeguard against CSAE.
TrueBondr will maintain accessible in-app reporting tools so that any user can flag suspected child safety violations at any time.
