1Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

TrueBondr strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, audio, text, or other media that sexually depicts or exploits a minor (any person under 18 years of age) is absolutely forbidden.
• Grooming: Any attempt by a user to build an inappropriate relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation is prohibited.
• Solicitation of minors: Sending, requesting, or sharing sexually explicit content involving individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• Trafficking and exploitation: Using the TrueBondr platform to facilitate the trafficking, abuse, or exploitation of any minor is forbidden.
• Underage access: Creating an account or using TrueBondr by any person under the age of 18 is not permitted. We employ age verification mechanisms to enforce this rule.

Any user found in violation of these prohibitions will be immediately and permanently banned from TrueBondr. All violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities without exception.

2Mandatory Reporting to Authorities

TrueBondr is legally and morally obligated to report all discovered or suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to the appropriate national and international authorities.

3In-App Reporting and Safety Mechanisms

TrueBondr provides users with accessible, in-app tools to report any content or behavior they believe may constitute Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or involve Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Report Button on Every Profile and Message: Every user profile and conversation in the TrueBondr app (com.truebondr63.datingnativeapp) includes a dedicated "Report" button. Users can flag any profile or message with one tap.
• Categorized Reporting: Our in-app reporting form includes a specific category for "Underage User" and "Child Safety Concern" so reports are escalated with the appropriate priority.
• Block and Report: Users can simultaneously block a user and submit a report, ensuring the reported user can no longer contact them while the report is reviewed.
• Age Verification: TrueBondr requires all users to confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration. Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are suspended pending review.
• Photo and Content Moderation: All profile photos and shared media are subject to automated and manual moderation to detect and remove CSAM or any content involving minors in a sexual context.
• 24/7 Safety Review: Reports submitted through the in-app mechanism are reviewed by our safety team around the clock. Urgent child safety reports are prioritized and acted upon within one hour.
