Our Mission

At TrueBondr, we're building a community where people can connect authentically and safely. These Community Guidelines are here to help create a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We expect all members of our community to follow these guidelines and treat each other with kindness and dignity.

Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from our platform. We take these rules seriously because your safety and positive experience matter to us.

1. Be Authentic and Honest

Trust is the foundation of meaningful connections. We expect you to:

• Use your real identity: Create your profile using your real name and current, accurate photos of yourself. No fake profiles, stock photos, or celebrity pictures.
• Be truthful: Provide honest information about yourself, including your age, location, and relationship status. Lying about who you are is a breach of trust.
• No impersonation: Never pretend to be someone else, whether it's a real person, celebrity, or fictional character.
• Keep it current: Update your profile if significant details change. Outdated photos or information can be misleading.

Zero Tolerance: Fake profiles, catfishing, and impersonation will result in immediate account termination.

2. Respect and Kindness Always

Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected on our platform. This means:

• Treat others well: Be polite, considerate, and respectful in all your interactions. Disagreements are fine, but personal attacks are not.
• Accept rejection gracefully: Not everyone will be interested, and that's okay. If someone isn't interested, respect their decision and move on.
• No harassment: Don't send unwanted messages, repeatedly contact someone who asked you to stop, or make anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Respect boundaries: If someone says no or asks you to stop a particular behavior, respect that immediately.
• No stalking: Don't use information from profiles to find, contact, or track people outside our platform without their consent.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Abuse

We have zero tolerance for any form of harassment or abusive behavior:

Strictly Prohibited:

• Sexual harassment: Unwanted sexual comments, advances, or requests for sexual content
• Threatening behavior: Threats of violence, intimidation, or blackmail
• Bullying: Repeatedly targeting someone with negative comments or behavior
• Doxxing: Sharing someone's private information (address, phone number, workplace) without consent
• Revenge behavior: Sharing intimate images or private information without consent
• Abusive language: Using slurs, insults, or degrading language toward anyone

Immediate Action: Harassment and abuse result in instant account suspension pending investigation and likely permanent ban.

4. Keep It Appropriate - Content Restrictions

Our platform has strict content standards to keep everyone safe and comfortable:

Profile Photos and Content:

• No nudity: Profile photos must be clothed. No underwear-only photos, no revealing or sexually suggestive poses.
• Face must be visible: Your main photo should clearly show your face, unobstructed.
• Appropriate settings: Photos should be taken in appropriate settings. Bathroom mirror selfies are discouraged.
• No graphic content: No violence, gore, graphic images, or disturbing content of any kind.

Messaging and Conversations:

• No sexual content: Don't send sexually explicit messages, photos, or videos. This includes unsolicited sexual advances.
• Keep it clean: Avoid excessive profanity or inappropriate language, especially in initial conversations.
• No adult content: Don't share links to adult websites, pornography, or sexual services.

What You Can Share:

We want you to express yourself! Share your hobbies, interests, travel photos, pet pictures, and what makes you unique. Just keep it appropriate and respectful.

5. Absolutely No Hate Speech or Discrimination

We celebrate diversity and inclusion. Our community has zero tolerance for hate speech or discrimination:

• No hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• No promotion of hate organizations or extremist ideologies
• No discriminatory language or slurs
• No content that dehumanizes or demeans any group of people
• No stereotyping or generalizations that promote prejudice

Having preferences is natural, but expressing them in discriminatory or offensive ways is not acceptable. Be respectful in how you communicate your preferences.

6. Scams and Fraudulent Activity Prohibited

We work hard to keep scammers off our platform. You must not:

• Financial scams: Ask for money, request financial help, or promote investment schemes
• Romance scams: Build fake relationships to manipulate people emotionally or financially
• Request sensitive info: Ask for bank details, credit card information, passwords, or OTPs
• Phishing: Send links to steal personal information or compromise accounts
• Pyramid schemes: Promote multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes
• Commercial solicitation: Use the platform to sell products or services

Red Flags: Be suspicious if someone asks for money, moves conversations off the platform quickly, makes elaborate excuses, or pressures you financially. Report immediately!

7. Protect Your Privacy and Safety

While we work to keep the platform safe, you should also protect yourself:

Don't Share:

• Your full address, workplace address, or exact location
• Financial information like bank accounts, UPI IDs, credit card details
• Passwords or OTPs
• Government ID numbers or sensitive documents
• Your daily routine or when you'll be away from home

Meeting in Person:

• Always meet in public places for the first few dates
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting
• Arrange your own transportation
• Stay sober and alert
• Trust your instincts - if something feels off, leave

8. No Illegal Activity

You may not use our platform to:

• Engage in or promote any illegal activity
• Distribute illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Offer or solicit prostitution or escort services
• Share pirated content or stolen property
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

9. Respect Platform Integrity

To maintain a fair and functional platform:

• No spam: Don't send identical messages to multiple people or flood conversations
• One account only: Create and maintain only one account. Multiple accounts will be banned.
• No bots or automation: Don't use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the platform
• No exploitation: Don't attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate algorithms, or circumvent features
• Report issues: If you find bugs or security issues, report them to us instead of exploiting them

10. Age Restrictions and Minor Safety

Our platform is strictly for adults:

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services
• Any content involving minors is absolutely prohibited
• We may require age verification at any time
• Report any suspected minors or content involving minors immediately

Child Safety: Content involving minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. We have zero tolerance for any content that exploits or endangers children.

11. Reporting Violations

Help us keep the community safe by reporting violations:

How to Report:

• Use the report button on any profile or message
• Provide as much detail as possible about the violation
• Include screenshots if relevant (but don't share publicly)
• For urgent safety concerns, contact us immediately at [email protected]

When to Report:

• Harassment or threatening behavior
• Fake profiles or scams
• Inappropriate content or behavior
• Safety concerns or emergencies
• Suspected minors on the platform
• Any violation of these Community Guidelines

We review all reports seriously and take action when guidelines are violated. False reporting may also result in account penalties.

12. Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Content removal: Inappropriate content will be removed
• Feature restriction: Temporary restriction from messaging or other features
• Account suspension: Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious violations
• Legal action: For criminal activity, we may report to law enforcement

We reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for serious violations like harassment, threats, illegal activity, or child safety issues.

13. Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days. Include your account details and explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We'll review appeals carefully, but our decisions are final.
