1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TrueBondr. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrueBondr regarding your use of our platform, including our mobile application (available on Google Play) and website (truebondr.in). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must meet ALL of the following requirements to use our platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Our platform is strictly for adults only. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Account Authenticity: You must create only one account using your real name and accurate information. Fake profiles, impersonation, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• No Prior Bans: You must not have been previously removed from our platform for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using our services.

Important: We verify your identity through phone number OTP and AI-based face verification. Providing false information or submitting someone else's photo may result in immediate account termination and could constitute a criminal offense.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your phone number and a real profile photo.
• Your phone number is verified via OTP at registration. You are responsible for keeping your number secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and MPIN (if set).
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at truebondr63@gmail.com.
• You agree not to share your account with anyone else.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Platform Rules and Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree to the following conduct rules:

You MUST:

• Treat other users with respect and dignity
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of meeting people and forming genuine connections
• Be honest in your profile, photos, and communications
• Respect others' boundaries and preferences
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

You MUST NOT:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or harm any other user
• Create fake profiles or impersonate anyone
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam
• Share inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, or illegal content — our AI moderation actively detects and removes such content
• Attempt to scam, defraud, or manipulate other users
• Share or request financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our platform's security
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Violate any user's intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Attempt to bypass age verification, face verification, or content moderation systems

5. Content Guidelines and AI Moderation

Your Content

When you upload photos, write your bio, or share messages, you grant TrueBondr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving our services. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.

AI-Based Content Moderation

All photos uploaded to TrueBondr are automatically screened by our AI moderation system to detect inappropriate, explicit, or harmful content. By uploading photos, you consent to this automated review. Content flagged as violating our guidelines will be rejected or removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Face Verification

TrueBondr uses AI-based face verification to help ensure profile authenticity. By submitting a verification selfie, you consent to your face being compared with your profile photos using our face recognition system. Verification data is used solely for identity confirmation and is not shared with third parties.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Involves minors in any way
• Violates someone else's intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Is not your own likeness (others' photos, celebrities, etc.)

6. Voice and Video Calling

TrueBondr offers in-app voice and video calling between matched users, powered by Agora. By using these features, you agree that:

• Calls are only available between users who have mutually matched
• You will not record, share, or distribute call content without the other party's explicit consent — doing so may violate applicable laws
• You will not use voice or video calls for harassment, explicit content, or any prohibited conduct
• Call logs may be maintained for safety and moderation purposes
• TrueBondr is not liable for the content of conversations between users

7. Date Mode and Safety Features

TrueBondr's Date Mode allows matched users to optionally share their live location with each other during in-person meetups. By using Date Mode, you acknowledge that:

• Location sharing is entirely voluntary and can be stopped at any time
• You are responsible for your own safety during in-person meetings — always meet in public places
• The SOS feature sends an emergency alert to your trusted contacts — ensure your contacts are aware and available
• TrueBondr is not responsible for outcomes of in-person meetings arranged through the platform
• Check-in reminders are a safety aid, not a guarantee of safety

8. Push Notifications

By using TrueBondr, you may receive push notifications about matches, messages, likes, and other platform activity. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the app. Disabling notifications may cause you to miss time-sensitive matches or messages.

9. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

TrueBondr offers premium subscription plans and one-time in-app purchases through Google Play Store billing. All payments, renewals, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Subscription Policy and Google Play's billing policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date via Google Play
• Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment
• In-app purchases (boosts, Super Likes) are non-refundable once used
• Account termination for policy violations does not entitle you to a subscription refund

10. User Responsibility and Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

While we strive to create a safe environment and enforce our Community Guidelines, we cannot control users' offline behavior or guarantee their identity or intentions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, both online and offline
• You should never share sensitive personal information (financial details, home address, workplace, etc.) with people you meet on our platform
• If you choose to meet someone in person, follow basic safety precautions — meet in public, tell someone where you're going, use our Date Mode safety features
• Face verification and profile checks reduce but do not eliminate the risk of fake profiles
• You should conduct your own due diligence before trusting or meeting anyone from the platform

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Creating a fake profile or impersonating someone
• Uploading inappropriate or explicit content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Receiving multiple reports or complaints from other users
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit our platform
• Bypassing verification or moderation systems
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our community

If your account is terminated for violations, you may not create a new account. Suspended accounts may be reinstated at our discretion after review. We are not obligated to provide refunds for premium subscriptions upon termination for violations.

You may appeal a termination by contacting us at truebondr63@gmail.com with your registered phone number and the reason for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of TrueBondr or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

TrueBondr's trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

TrueBondr integrates with the following third-party services to power certain features:

• Google Play Billing — payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Agora — real-time voice and video calling
• Firebase — push notifications and real-time database
• Cloudinary — secure photo storage and delivery
• Google Maps / Places — location-based features

We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of features powered by third-party services is also subject to their respective terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the service
• Warranties that any errors will be corrected
• Warranties regarding user-generated content or user conduct

We do not guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, or any specific outcome from using our platform. Dating outcomes depend entirely on individual users.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUEBONDR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any interactions with other users, whether online or offline
• Outcomes of in-person meetings arranged through the platform

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueBondr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content or conduct on our platform
• Your interactions with other users

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of any proceeding in such courts.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing truebondr63@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law above.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through a prominent notice in the app or on our website before the changes become effective. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Subscription Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrueBondr regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
